Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Plus or Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the Service. Refund requests must be submitted to hello@airrok.com within 7 days of the charge.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for: (a) charges older than 7 days, (b) accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service or Fair Use Policy, or (c) partial months after cancellation.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@airrok.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle may have its own refund handling procedures. For billing disputes, you may also contact Paddle directly.
