By accessing or using Airrok ("the Service") at airrok.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Airrok provides free and paid online tools including AI-powered utilities such as a Regex Generator, Contract Summarizer, and Meeting Notes Summarizer, as well as file converters, calculators, and text tools.

3. User Accounts

Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Paid Plans & Billing

Paid plans (Plus and Pro) are billed monthly via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing and tax collection. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

5. Fair Use Policy

All plans, including Pro, are subject to fair use limits. Automated or excessive use that degrades service quality for other users may result in throttling or account suspension. We reserve the right to define and enforce fair use at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on Airrok are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content, including contract summaries and regex patterns, is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal or professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airrok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
